Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer and director who is best known as the star of Birdman. He is a versatile actor who is able to play comedic as well as dramatic characters. Alongside characters with romantic appeal, he played in action films as well as thrillers. While still in his teens the actor began developing an interest in both acting and performance. Later, as a youngster, he attempted stand-up comedy. The comedy venture did not go well, but it helped pave the way to the path to a career in acting. When he failed to become an actor, he began working at the satellite station as a crew participant. In the course of his work, he came to realise that he would like to appear on camera. In a few episodes, Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he was able to get the role on TV. He was an naturally talented actor and soon became popular on the television. In pursuit of his dreams, he made a move into film and gained fame in comedy parts. The actor gained further recognition by playing the titular Batman as Tim Burton's Batman.
