John Denver was a superstar performer who influenced millions of people through his songs of pop-folk and many of them based in Colorado. Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. was born in Roswell in New Mexico. He fell in love Colorado and settled down in Aspen. Denver's anthems for his adopted state have drawn many to Colorado.
